hiiiiii well WORK STARTED im now a 9-6 office person working at a cool office at Shenton Way with lifts that serve 1-16floors and then 17-29floors respectively so since i go to 20th floor i take the latter and from 1-16 its this EZ (Express Zone) thing which kills my ears everytime i take the lifts down ok i know im damn loser. and i will try to cover my ears or sth unless the life is so crowded all the professionals will think im damn loser. which i kinda am. but whatever hahahah. i have been working for 5 days now! it has been a tough week, im really really glad today's friday. :) no wonder they say TGIF- Thank God It's Friday :D monday was horrible, its like the company's working com software is soooo complicated i took up 3 A4-sized papers just writing the procedure down its with all the F1 F2 F12 F9 buttons on the keyboard which i hardly touch till now yeah its damn cheem. haha but thank God im getting used to it. so monday was the horrible-st day. tue okaaaay, getting used to stuff. and actually i've been pretty much doing the same things, its admin so its like change of address or whatever renewal notices, i actually enjoy the photocopying papers part quite alot hahahahha it takes up alot of time :)
(Warning: This whole humogous post is 80% about my (boring) work.)but i seriously wonder how do these professionals handle it, a 9-6 job, waking up early, squeezing on the trains like sardines (i need to miss at least 2 trains before i can board one every morning, its like you need to QUEUE to QUEUE to BOARD yeah cause there are tonnes of people queuing to board...) then going down to tanjong pagar/raffles place, escalators PACKED with people, exits SWARMING with people, ...it'll be damn challenging to try to go against the crowd seriously you'll probably get trampled on and die... sitting in the office by 9am, work and countdown to lunch 12pm which lasts one small hour. then back for another 6hours before home sweet home. and poor me have to go teach tuition at 730-9/930 for 3 of the weekdays I CAN JUST DIE i feel like collasping just after one week omg. now you see why getting to Friday has been such a humogous accomplishment. i dono why the office people like to have same start-work time, same lunch-hours, same end-work time, its like these timings everywhere will be swarming with people and there're so many offices in Shenton Way i was thinking if im a boss i'll set lunch at 2pm or sth. argh.
before this job i was thinking it'll be so cool to work in Shenton Way, the heart of the Central Business District, it'll be so cool to work ard raffles place, it'll be not bad getting a 9-6 job in a cool office typing away on a computer all day long. sounds relaxing and fun? hahaha i was totally wrong man. now i seriously need to think if i really want this kind of job in the future. i mean now at least its like temporary. i need to think if i want to choose this kind of lifestyle for my future. so yeah, at least its an experience :) i was thinking i worked so many jobs before, sales, waitressing, tuition, temp staff at Makansutra for work attachment in sec3, now admin in a large insurance company...... i've probably tried it all. and im not really sure i like any like really alot to make it my career. i think nothing suits me ): sigh what am i supposed to do man. haha. okay la but after 5 days of this office-life, im glad to say im getting used to it. maybe it wont be so bad afterall. im just missing out on alot of life though. i desperately need to go out. ahhhhhhh/.
i need to do something with a meaning next time. maybe an office job is not that bad, just that the stuff im doing now is all mundane and repetitive, it'll certainly be very different as a career of course. ok nevermind, im looking forward to studying. haha. oh luckily on my first day there were these 3 girls reporting too, so there were 4 of us altogether, after reporting at the reporting location we walked to the working location together, and altho we're working on the exact same floor we don see one of the girls anymore somehow, not like the office very big.... think we eat at different times and everything. quite amazing to not see someone who's working at the same level in the same office as you lol, but yeah then the 3 of us kinda stuck together im really quite glad to have the two of them :) though on monday i felt kinda displaced, like out of my comfort zone, i mean, i haven really have to make new friends for quite some time.................. then i was thinking about the dancers and i miss them so much :) going out with them on sunday!

anyway wed after work, met the dancers at vivo we had MAD guys army sendoff :D though actually most of them gng in in april hahah but stilll... it was nice seeing the dancers again. 3 days at work felt like 3 years. then they stayed at St James but "9am Shenton Way" resulted in me having to go home, haha left with meisiew sharon weiting hanzhi. here are 5 of the photos taken that night at vivo, lazy to update more haha, more on facebook (duh).

today, FRIDAY! :D the best day hahaha eh i was working ard 11plus meisiew msged me and said jiayuan and her are coming down to raffles place recruit express to get a job so we can lunch together! then since sharon works at tanjong pagar and my workplace is in the middle of tanjong pagar and raffles place, we met at tanjong pagar and ate some mixed veg rice hahaha cos its actually further from my office than i thought and i only have one small hour, i ate like frigging fast after that abit indigestion i think haha but luckily its nothing much :) IT WAS NICE SEEING THEM THOUGH!!!! ahh, i miss my friends, haha, miss my comfort zone :)
okay tuition tmr new student OMG I WANT TO DROP THIS STUDENT but i cant ahhhhh i only agreed in dec cos that time i was so free with nothing to do. now, omgggg. but cant reject cause alr accepted omgosh, think im only gng to teach for one month or sth, im seriously gonna beng kui hahah okay SLEEP MAN i rmb the last few posts i was saying i got so much time i sleep alot then STILL get all tired, very nua and everything but still insomnia and cant sleep hahaha...... now NO MOREEE i need SLEEP BADLY ok hahah bye bye hope work gets better and hope tuition gets less tiring and i need more sleep you know it feels damn good to lie down and fall asleep straight away and wake up in the MORNING (this is impt) feeling energized and like the sleep has been worth it! :D good night loves (: my comfort zone, haha.
